Our primary field of business is the supply, reconditioning and maintenance of industrial Fluid Drive Couplings, Industrial Safety Break Systems and the Repair of Industrial Gearboxes. We have a full time service department for all your removal and installation of the above mentioned products and laser alignment services. Our secondary field of business is the straightening of Motorcycle Frames. As a result of the family involvement in various forms of motor sport and motor cycling over 50 years & 13 Championships across 4 generations, we found a need in the market for this service. We have been straightening motorcycle frames for 12 years now and have acquired all the machinery to do an excellent job.
All our plug's are made in house using only the highest grade leads in order to provide a very stable and long lasting consistency over time and many drastic temperature changes. We can and will design and manufacture fusible or blow off plugs to your needs should we not currently have what you require. plugs can be made from 75degree blow off up to 200degree blow off
Every plug, in a manufacture batch is pressure tested to ensure no leaks as well as random temperature blow off test are done. 5 out of every 50 plugs manufactured are heated to the blow off temperature at 2bar pressure in order to check correct blow off temperature our current standard range of stock (all plug supplied with sealing washer)
